Two suspects have been arrested and charged with assault following a road rage shooting that took place on Tuesday July 26.

The shooting took place north of Houston just off of i-45 and Parramatta Ln.

Video of the incident was captured by an uninvolved driver.

The video encounter shows a man, later confirmed as Green, slamming his fists on the trunk of the silver Toyota Camry as it sped away.

The video also shows a woman, identified as Nazly Ortiz, firing a weapon into the car’s window while a man and 2-year-old were inside.

After the alleged road rage incident, the man and woman are shown rushing back to their vehicle and driving away.

According to officials, Benjamin Greene and Nazly Ortiz were arrested and booked in Harris County Jail on Tuesday night.

Greene has been charged with aggravated assault and Ortiz was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon later that day, Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said.

According to ABC News, The judge did not set bail for either suspect in probable cause court. He left the decision to the judge in the 182nd court, where both suspects are now assigned.

The victim told ABC13 he was grazed by a bullet, but did not bleed. The area now is swollen.

The 2-year-old, who the victim said is his nephew, was hit by shattered glass but is OK.

A nearby dealership was struck, according to Gonzalez. No one there was injured.
